  • Shipping & Delivery

    Shipping is $5 for all orders shipping within the US. International shipping is calculated at checkout and is priced based on your exact delivery location.

    All orders received before 4PM EST typically ship within 1 business day. Please note that no processing or shipping is done Saturday and Sunday.

    When your package is fulfilled in our system, an email will be sent you containing your tracking information. This tracking information should update within 24 hours of the carrier picking up the package from our warehouse. To check your order status, please enter your 10-digit website order number, last name, and email address or zip code at this link - Check My Order Status.

    All orders for delivery outside the United States will be shipped using the US Postal Service or FedEx International service. Cost is calculated based on your exact delivery address at checkout, and transit times can vary. Most packages are received within 5-7 Business days.

    For some shipments delivered outside the United States, the importing country may charge an import duty/VAT or brokerage fee on top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can not be re-imbursed.

    International customers are responsible for any import or customs fees charged by your government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.

    Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Of course, if there is an issue with your order, we are interested in investigating the best way of a resolving it for you.

    If the issue is a result of error on the part of us or our shipping carrier, please contact us by emailing customerservice@gentlemensupply.com to reach the GentlemenSupply.com Customer Service Department. Please be sure to reference your order number, and provide a detailed description of the issue, as well as a phone number you can be reached at if we require any additional information.

    We do not have the ability to apply active discounts or promotions after your order has been received.

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    GentlemenSupply.com accepts U.S issued Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards, as well as PayPal. Unfortunately, at this time, GentlemenSupply.com does not accept money orders or cash on delivery (COD). Gift certificates are not available for purchase or redemption at this time and we do not currently accept store credits for online purchases.

    Discount codes are not able to be combined, and are unable to be applied after your order is received.

    You can view and track your order in two ways: 1. Check your email. Your tracking number will be in your shipment confirmation email. 2. If you’re unable to locate this email, please let us know by emailing customerservice@gentlemensupply.com and reference your order number.
